Shipping

Every piece is individually handcrafted in our Mumbai, India studio. Production typically takes 4–6 business days, followed by 5–7 business days for international shipping. Most orders arrive within 10–12 business days. Tracking details are shared via email once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

As every piece is handcrafted exclusively for you, all sales are final once production has begun. If you need a different size, please contact us as soon as possible. Size exchanges may be accommodated before production begins or, in select cases, subject to availability. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging. We'll prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or the most appropriate resolution at no additional cost.
