SHIPPING & RETURNS

We have a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY for all our products.  Any damaged or defected item/jacket will be exchanged provided the same is communicated to our team within 48 hours of receiving the item.

Jackets:

  • You can expect your hand painted jacket within 10-15 days (or earlier) of placing the order. However the delivery is subjected to the local custom authorities of the destination country.
  • We use FedEx, Aramex, DHL and Delhivery Logistics for all international orders.
  • Once the order is ready is dispatched, a tracking ID for your product will be sent to you via our modes of communication.
  • We provide ‘Work in Progress’ images for all jackets to our customers upon request
  • We have a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND POLICY on any custom hand painted jackets as these are curated specifically for you.
  • All jackets are made-to-order and takes about a day to make a jacket. Kindly be sure about the sizes before a final confirmation. We are available 247 to assist you.
  • Our jackets are completely prepaid. Refunds/exchanges shall not be entertained.
  • Any damaged or defected item/jacket will be exchanged provided the same is communicated to our team within 48 hours of receiving the item. The customer is to inform us via our official channels such as Instagram, Email or WhatsApp, along with the image of the place of defect and other relevant information. We will arrange a reverse pickup and a new product will be dispatched immediately.

 

T-shirts:

  • One can expect his/her order within 10-15 days of placing the order.

  • Exchanges are applicable only for defective items. Our team does a quality check on all products/items before dispatching. However human errors are sometimes unavoidable. If you do happen to receive a damaged or defective item, kindly notify our team via our official channels of communication such as Email, WhatsApp or Instagram etc and we shall take the necessary actions at the earliest.
  • It is very hard for us to exchange an item based on size issues unless the t-shirt sizing itself is faulty. DTG is an expensive method of printing and we print t-shirts as per order and DO NOT keep stock.
  • Exchanges will be processed within a period of 7 days from the date of receiving the product. In case of a faulty product, a reverse pick up will be generated from the client’s location and a fresh new piece/replacement will be issued.
